Ok. I think we are back up to date right? Well, I know that you did celebrate each and every one of these days in January & February. I know that you're not just excited about this coming Sunday and being able to smooch all over your sweetie. I enjoy Valentine's Day as much as the next girl, but, I don't hold a lot of stock into going out and spending ridiculous amounts of money on one day. We could spend our months earnings on one day, and I don't find that too enjoyable, as I do like to eat throughout the month!! Give me a good movie night at home with my two Z's and I'm happy. And maybe some ice cream. And possibly some chocolate chip cookie dough. And my red blanket. I think that's about it.
So, in January we found out that we are having a....little BOY!! Now, I realize those of you who know my family know that this will be the first little boy to join our family since Zach married in. It's true, we only have 3 grandGIRLS!! Mia, Eisley & Zoe. If this is a little feller that pops out in August then our family is in for a rude awakening!! I am excited. The name we have has been our "boy name" since our first pregnancy. So, it may seem really sudden to you, but it's something we have held onto for a while. It will be...
Joah Wilson Detwiler
Not to be confused, I am NO LONGER A WILSON!! A few family members have been tripped up by this small detail. And whereas I still answer to Amy Wilson, I do officially and legally go by Amy Detwiler. So, Joah's middle name is Wilson. We're excited. All of my "boy" questions will have to wait until he's here for me to ask, but I know that it will be fun. Zoe is already saying "bubba" and it literally will melt your heart. She also likes to pull my shirt up and stick her finger all the way in my belly button when asked "Where is the baby?" It's sweet, and uncomfortable at the same time.
I think we are sufficiently caught up. I think. But just in case I don't see you again for a while.
Happy Valentine's Day!!
Happy Susan B. Anthony Day!! (use those coins!!)
Happy Planet Pluto Discovery Day!! (better than Uranus right?)
Happy Mardi Gras!!!
Now you know what to look forward too!

Boys are fun! My grandmother had 3 girls. Those three girls had 3 girls. Then I, as one of those grandchildren, had 6 girl foster children. Then, they called about a boy!! We just didn't know what to do, but after he arrived, well all fell in love. Since then two of the other granddaughters have had boys, but we had it going for a while with all girls. Congrats!!
congrats on the little boy!!! We love having one of each!!
