Don't be too shocked, but I'm blogging twice in a month!! GASP!!!! It's a miracle!!! But I'm sticking to my New Year's Resolution of blogging more often. And my other resolution about starting a diet...but I'll tell you about that in the next post.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the snow!!! And since this is my blog, I will post just how happy I am about it snowing and being so cold the past few days. I realize a majority of people probably don't agree with me on loving snow when Spring had been flirting with us for the past few weeks, but I love it!! I honestly think I would enjoy Alaska full time. Maybe not the getting dark and staying dark part, but the cold and snow, yes.
It's crazy to think that our temperatures were actually COLDER than the North Pole!! I think that is bizarre!! Santa Clause must be really happy about that fact!!
On another note, I'm about to begin a few new "crafty" adventures. One involves a Christmas present from last year that still has not been pulled out of the box, and the other involves a picture frame and pages from an old book. I'm going to attempt to learn how to sew and start making some fun things. Like seasonal shower curtains, or place mats and table runners. Maybe some clothes for Zoe's dolls. Someone stop me before I get in over my head!! I'm guessing that hyperventilating before I even take the tape off of my sewing box isn't a good sign is it!?!?! Yikes!!! The other craft will be easy and oh so cute, and I will post pictures during and when I'm finished with it.
Until next time, I would be interested if you have any fun crafting blogs you would want to share with me. I am always interested in seasonal crafts or making some really great new permanent decorations for my home. I look forward to hearing from you!!
